Creative Director

• Create and implement original concepts, ideas, scripts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion, ensuring freshness of ideas and absence of plagiarism.
• Search for visual style through mood-boards, storyboards, style-frames, and animatics.
• Collaborate with producers / account executives, technical directors, video- & sound- engineers to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, concept artists, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy & presentations that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
• Participation in production plan development. Simultaneous management of 2-3 projects in production.
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving, decision-making & management skills.
• Directing the project on-site if necessary.

• 3+ years experience as a Creative Director in multimedia/ interactive projects: brands, exhibitions, art institutions, museums, immersive experiences.
• Fluent English.
• Strong understanding of the CG production pipeline: render and/or real-time.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D & Redshift Render or Houdini & Redshift Render. Blender skills may be considered, depending on proficiency.
• Competence in Adobe After Effects and/or BM Fusion.
  

Additional skills such as VFX/Dynamics, 3D sculpting, Unreal Engine, Touchdesigner, and generative AI are considered advantageous.
