Supervisor

• Organizing and managing up to two projects in production, which may have overlapping phases, as well as up to two or three pre-sales
• Assessing and controlling project timelines and budget
• Developing production plans and creating project structures
• Analyzing the expertise of the studio team
• Participating in the formation of the production team and hiring freelancers
• Assigning tasks to the production team and ensuring their quality and timely completion
• Developing project setup
• If necessary and possible, participate in your own project as a CG artist or editor
• Providing the technical basis for the successful implementation of the project
• Organizing daily project statuses to discuss current tasks
• Participation in project meetings organized by the producer

• Over 4 years of expertise creating motion graphics and 3D graphics
• Competence with Cinema 4D + Redshift Render or Houdini + Redshift Render (Blender can also be discussed, depending on the skills)
• Confident Adobe After Effects or BM Fusion skills
• Knowledge of both the creative and technical aspects of creating CG
• High ability to collaborate in a team
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Capability to assume accountability
